The job
Frotcom Italy is looking for a Sales Officer that will be responsible for promoting/selling Frotcom’s products and services. The duties of this role include acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, understanding and presenting products and services, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Officer will also provide end-user training and support to existing customers.
So, what will you be doing as a Sales Officer?
To perform this job successfully you must be able to execute the following tasks:
Meet sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually by developing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining and growing the business of existing clients.
Respond to inquiries from the Internet, sales leads, tradeshows, and other sources.
Manage all inside sales leads and visit potential clients to ensure success at fleet sales opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and clients to boost sales and ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Promote the brand and products through campaigns and activities.
Act as the client liaison throughout the sales cycle, fulfillment, and installation processes.
Respond promptly to customer complaints and feedback.
Comply with established company policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, and safety and environmental standards.
Enhance professional growth and development by participating in appropriate educational programs, current industry literature, and other available means.

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated ability in aggressively growing B2B sales;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Exceptional communication and listening skills - both verbal and written;
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office;
- Sharp problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- A sales background in SaaS and Fleet Management is a plus.

- Dynamic, hands-on self-starter with a proven commercial edge.
- Team player who motivates and excites others.
- Capable of working well under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and energetic.

Desired Qualifications
- Degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field preferred;
- 4+ years of professional experience with similar role and responsibilities.
