**How will you make an impact in this role?**:
- Provide general administrative support
- Be responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of meetings.
- Preparing meeting agendas, coordinating meeting participants (internal and external), and handling meeting reminders as needed. Follow up with meeting minutes where appropriate.
- Build and modify documents/presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations as needed.
- Follow up on actions and meeting deadlines;
- Manage and supervising budget and unbudgeted spend across Purchase Orders and invoicing and providing awareness on actual budget;
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Extensive experience required of providing support at a Senior Level.
- Good organization and planning skills, can prioritise multiple changing and conflicting priorities.
- Experience in calendar management.
- Be able to problem solve and use own initiative.
- Able to expertly talk to senior stakeholders (internal/external).
