**Job Title**: Application Specialist Ultrasound

**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**

**You are responsible for**
- Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations.
- Supporting and advising the sales force during customer acquisition.
- Developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share
- Actively participating with sales team in coordinating and executing clinical evaluations, product demonstrations and presentations
- Educating sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes.
- Supporting new products launches Customer Training
- Ensuring that all customers are provided with high quality training and attention so that each customer is fully satisfied with the attention received from Philips
- Conducting regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction
- Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelor Degree level education in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Ultrasound
- At lleast 5 years of experience in clinical field
- Previous experience working in or with indirect channels is highly appreciated
- Business acumen and commercial mindset
- Willingness to travel is required
- Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language (italian)
