As a Service Engineer you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting Signify customers to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

**What you’ll do**:

- Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for customer service)
- Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations
- Accepts and coordinate service requests through service tickets to the field service/support technicians
- Sets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)
- Proactively engage with customers face-to-face, by phone or in writing

**Your qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma in a technical field
- Experience within servicing networked building
- or industry automation sys tems or similar
- Independent and structured way of working, high commitment, solution-oriented thinking
- Fluent in English and italian
