**Posizione**:
Forvalue ricerca una figura di Responsabile Marketing che, Riportando al Direttore Generale, la risorsa si occuperà principalmente di:

- profilare la base prospect sulla base delle informazioni presenti nel data base così da massimizzare la generazione di lead per i differenti servizi che fanno parte del catalogo;
- creare e gestire campagne di marketing per l'acquisizione dei clienti, favorendo il processo di trasformazione dei lead in opportunità di business;
- ottimizzare i processi di lead nurturing, anche con utilizzo di strumenti di marketing automation;
- segmentare la customer base così da creare e gestire campagne di cross selling sulla base clienti per generare opportunità sulle diverse linee di prodotto
- avviare azioni di customer engagement per il mantenimento e la fidelizzazione della customer base
- gestire ed allocare il budget su più canali di comunicazione;
- ottimizzare il sito internet ai fini di migliorare la visibilità di Forvalue e dei servizi offerti
- aumentare la brand awareness e gestire il posizionamento del brand sulla base dei diversi target di riferimento
- pianificare e supportare la realizzazione degli eventi sul territorio;
- Produrre materiale promozionale da mettere a disposizione della rete di consulenti
- gestire le relazioni, dal punto di vista dell’offerta commerciale, con le società partner di Forvalue;
- tracciare, raccogliere e valutare tutti i dati relativi ad una campagna di marketing.

**Requisiti**:

- approccio di business data driven (analizzare i dati, governarli, proteggerli, analizzarli);
- capacità di pianificare le attività promozionali per canali legati al mondo digitale;
