For our TOPCON Positioning Solutions BU - **I*taly we are looking for a **SALES REPRESENTATIVE Northern Italy*
- **Job Purpose**_

The purpose of this position is to produce Sales for the Positioning Solutions BU and leverage the Topcon Brand Awareness in Northern Italy area ( **Piemonte, Lombardia, Veneto**)

**_Core Job Duties_**

Identify and sell the complete PS Product Portfolio to:

- Big construction Companies
- Big Survey Companies
- Big Engineering Companies
- Interact with key Machinery partners (OEM resellers) and promote sales of Products and Systems through this distribution channel
- Find and manage Sales Agents if needed to cover the territory
- Identify the major projects to come, and collect all necessary information to identify the customer needs for that project, inform our partners or subsidiaries, put in place an operational strategy around the complete life of the project
- Deploy the sales strategy to increase turnover and margin
- Teamwork with our Italian subsidiary and partners
- Engage with large accounts, public bodies etc.
- Lead pilot projects in the assigned area
**Minimum Job Requirements**
- Education & Experience_
- Technical degree/University degree in Engineering/Sciences
- 5+ years/solid experience in sales and in the management of key accounts
- Experience and ability to sell technological products and solutions
- Proven experience in Construction business or Survey business
- Commercial and interpersonal skills (communication, coordination) an prospecting methodology
- Ability to work in a transversal way
- Up to date with current Construction and or Survey practice and implementation of site / field workflows would be a real advantage
**Working Conditions**:

- 65 % traveling - mainly Northern Italy ( Piemonte, Lombardia, Vento ) regions
- Incentive Bonus on sales targets
