You will be our first customer success manager to serve our customers in Italia Amazing challenge to onboarding and expand our newly closed customers in this market we are just launching this year.
- You are therefore on a key phase of Spendesk expansion and of the customer relationship. You will work hand in hand with our Italian sales team and our European customer success team to implement the best strategy that will ensure the success of each partnership.
- You make sure that each client understands the added value of our solution according to their expectations and then create ambassadors among this customer base.

**What you'll do**:

- Help each new customer to set up their account (financial and operational set up)
- Train each new partner to take control of all the features of the solution to lead them to their best usage.
- Advise our customers on how to best implement Spendesk and then expand their usage
- Understand and assess the actual project objectives in light of the client’s overall business situation.
- Contribute to improving the efficiency of onboarding and expansion: create and update user guides, FAQs, video tutorials and webinars.
- Contribute to our product’s development by transmitting client’s feedback to both tech, product and marketing teams: you are the customer’s voice for this new market.
- Expand our customer base to make sure our customers grow their usage depending on their business challenges.
- You can be based either in our Paris office or our newest Milan one.

**Your competency profile**:

- You are curious and quick learner, you have the ability to absorb quantity of new information
- You have experience in customer relationship building
- You are autonomous and able to manage complex projects as you will be the first CSM managing onboarding and expansion for the italian market
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- You are passionate, assertive enough, patient and positive for consistently providing fantastic customer experience
- You are problem solver and rigorous, you know that the devil is in the details
- You have a passion for startups or dynamic environments. Previous experience in a similar working environment is a plus

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in B2B / Saas environment
- Experience in Customer Success, financial background is a strong plus
- Speak Italian and English fluently, French is a big +**About Spendesk**
