We're looking for a motivated and driven **Working Student People & Organizational Development** who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. You will join the People & Organizational Development team which consists of 5 team members and is based out of Munich and Warsaw. This position is available in Munich, Berlin, Lisbon, Madrid, Milan, Sofia, Warsaw or Zagreb.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:

- You support the external training requests process and identify optimization opportunities
- You are responsible end-to-end for People and Organizational Development Projects such as the development and improvement of Performance Management tools and strategies
- You perform research on L&D and organizational development topics
- You develop a survey strategy on the department programs' effectiveness and engagement
- You interact with L&D relevant internal and external stakeholders
- You design and work on presentations that targets the Flix Senior Leadership Team
- You support the team with day-to-day activities

**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:

- Enrolled student preferably in Management/Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Educational Science, Sociology or a related field of studies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Structured and results-oriented way of thinking and highly proactive and independent mindset
- Hands-on attitude, with a dedicated, team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, are a must
- You have a general technological affinity, and you are a quick learner of new tools and programs
- You will be enrolled and/or have an active student status for the next 6 months in order to qualify for a working student position, and are available to work up to 20 hours per week
