**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di un Business Development Director altamente motivato ed esperto per lavorare con il nostro team di Business Development. In questo ruolo, sarai responsabile di guidare la crescita e ampliare la clientela di Retex identificando nuove opportunità di business, costruendo e mantenendo relazioni con potenziali clienti, e negoziando e concludendo accordi commerciali.

- Visione Strategica: Come Business Development Director, sarai la forza trainante della crescita di Retex, identificando e assicurando nuove opportunità di business da potenziali clienti. Le tue intuizioni strategiche posizioneranno Retex come un partner chiave nel marketing e comunicazione, promuovendo opportunità di business in tutta la nostra offerta.
- Esperienza nel Settore: Analizzando settori specifici e attirando potenziali clienti rilevanti, creerai ricerche, monitoraggi e audit in coordinamento con i direttori pertinenti. La tua esperienza garantirà che Retex rimanga all'avanguardia delle tendenze del settore, offrendo soluzioni su misura per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti.
- Approccio Orientato al Cliente: Promuoverai i nostri prodotti e servizi affrontando o prevedendo gli obiettivi dei clienti, sviluppando proposte di valore basate sulle loro esigenze utilizzando un approccio consulenziale, sistemico e multidisciplinare. La tua capacità di costruire rapporti e collaborare con gli altri sarà fondamentale per il tuo successo.
- Eccellenza nelle Vendite: Sviluppando strategie di vendita per i potenziali clienti, identificherai nuove opportunità di up-selling e cross-selling in relazione ai nuovi servizi/prodotti offerti. Le tue eccezionali capacità di negoziazione e il tuo acuto senso commerciale guideranno il processo di vendita dal piano alla chiusura.
- Gestione del Progetto: Superviserai la gestione e il coordinamento dei progetti di marketing e comunicazione, assicurando la loro esecuzione con successo dall'inizio alla fine. Questo include la partecipazione a gare e l'assicurazione che tutti i deliverable del progetto soddisfino i più alti standard di qualità e la soddisfazione del cliente.
**Requisiti**:
Non è detto tu le abbia tutte, ma noi ci proviamo, reputiamo che con queste caratteristiche riusciresti a dare il meglio in questo ruolo Eccole qui di seguito:
- Formazione e Competenza Professionale: Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Business Development Manager, Sales Executive o ruolo pertinente, preferibilmente con un background in Marketing e Comunicazione. Esperienza con clienti in settori come Consumer & Hard Goods, Health & Pharma, Telco & Utilities, Travel & Services sarebbe un plus.
- Abilità Tecniche: Esperienza di successo nelle vendite e nello sviluppo commerciale, con un focus sulla crescita dei clienti. La tua capacità di guidare il processo di vendita dal piano alla chiusura sarà essenziale.
- Capacità Interpersonali: Eccezionali capacità di negoziazione combinate con un acuto senso commerciale. Le tue eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta, con competenza in italiano e inglese (almeno B2), ti permetteranno di collaborare efficacemente all'interno dell'azienda e all'esterno.
