**For our Milan Office, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (ca. 20h/week) to join our Milan team for a period of 6 months, starting in September 2023.**

Your Tasks
- You are responsible for welcoming and assisting guests/employees, ensuring that everyone is well taken care of
- You are the point of contact for calendar management and processing of mails
- You are also responsible for the administration of office supplies and equipment.
- You assist in the onboarding/offboarding of employees and in the search for interns (M/F/d)
- You are responsible for processing invoices (sorting and payment)
- You assist employees in planning and booking business trips
- General administrative tasks and overall office management/facility management complete your area of responsibility

Your Profile
- You have completed training as a hotel professional and/or have a degree in business administration (preferably open to beginners/career changers)
- You have a friendly, pleasant demeanour, a well-groomed appearance and a service-oriented attitude
- You are proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- You are a reliable team player
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
