Our Client is an international leading developer and operator of wind, solar and hybrid projects.
For Milan we are looking for
**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**
Primary responsibilities:
- Daily agenda management and meetings’ scheduling;
- Physical and digital archive of documents;
- Office supplies’ management;
- Correspondence management;
- Invoices and expenses processing and validation;
- Reimbursement expenses’ sheet preparation;
- Logistic support of all the events organized by the company;
- Travel and accommodation bookings;
- Support preparation of standard and ad hoc documents (e.g. presentations, press releases, reports to the parent company, external reports, administrative documentation, contracts etc).
- Support managers in the recruitment and onboarding processes of new employees;
- Support the administrative function with basic accounting tasks - Further tasks related to the above
**The ideal profile**:
- High School Diploma or University Degree
- Fuent in Italian and English
- 1-2 years’ experience providing secretarial/administrative support, preferably in a consultancy or in the real estate sector
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Proactive and very organized, has strong interpersonal and manage to keep several balls in the air.
- Written and verbal communication in other European languages will be considered a plus.
