**Foreign subsidiary CONTROLLER**

**Responsibilities**

La risorsa opererà a diretto riporto del Responsabile del controlling dell’area di competenza e sarà di supporto in tutte le attività di reporting e analisi, acquisendo nel tempo margini di autonomia operativa.

In particolare la risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:

- preparazione di report periodici per il supporto alle decisioni chiave del management, attraverso l'analisi delle varianze, il controllo dei costi industriali e operativi, con l’obiettivo di aumentare la redditività, monitoraggio dei ritorni di capitale, pianificazione e previsioni.
- Contribuire alle analisi chiave cin consentano la definizione di nuovi prezzi, valutazione strategiche di apertura di nuove filiali, iniziative di riduzione dei costi, implementazione dell'ERP nelle filiali.
- Supervisionare e offrire supporto per le chiusure mensili/trimestrali/annuali, rispettando le scadenze, garantendo un reporting completo e accurato e le spiegazioni delle variazioni.
- Contribuire alla preparazione del Budget e dei piani annuali
- Garantire e promuovere la conformità alle politiche e le linee guida aziendali

**Your Profile**
- Laurea in Economia e Commercio o Ingegneria gestionale
- Buona conoscenza di SAP in particolare nei moduli FI, CO, PS, gradita l’esperienza di lavoro con il sistema di reporting HFM.
- Conoscenza dei principi contabili IFRS.
- Fluente conoscenza dell'inglese
- Disponibilità a viaggiare all'estero per visite le filiali per controlli e fornire formazione e supporto necessari.

La risorsa si interfaccerà con colleghi, Finance Manager e General Manager delle filiali estere e in sede a tutti i livelli: il possesso di ottime doti relazionali è considerato un requisito essenziale.

Precisione, flessibilità e capacità analitiche completano il profilo.
