Customer Service Representative with French Language Skills

Job Summary:
FAAC Technologies, a world leader in access automation, parking systems, and access control, seeks a talented Customer Service Specialist with French language skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders for subsidiaries using Axioma, FPX, and SAP tools, adhering to established procedures and monitored KPIs.
  • Ensure timely availability and proper configuration of requested products for subsidiaries, including triangulated orders.
  • Communicate order status, changes, delays, and anomalies to affiliates until delivery.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints from affiliates regarding complete sales flow management.
  • Verify and validate standard sales orders entered via SAP and Sales Portal.
  • Exchange information with subsidiaries and Production Planning and Logistics colleagues on product readiness and organize shipment activities.
  • Address complaints from affiliates related to order management.

Requirements:
  • Foreign Language and/or Economics degree.
  • Excellent French and English language skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing industry.
  • Client and Service Orientation, Precision and Accuracy, Risk Analysis and Problem Solving, Planning and Organization.
  • Prior experience with SAP management is highly valued, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
