Gestisce la strategia del portafoglio identificando le opportunità di mercato e definendo i prodotti da sviluppare

**Main tasks / Responsibilities - Mansioni/Responsabilità**:

- Cura l'ideazione e lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti in collaborazione con R&D, T&P.
- Progetta la strategia di portafoglio e monitora la performance dei prodotti esistenti per identificare aree di miglioramento o opportunità di espansione.
- Gestisce lo sviluppo dei prodotti necessari per realizzare effetti speciali (FX) supportando il team T&P nella selezione di colori e tecnologie.
- Definisce e seleziona il packaging in linea coi concetti della collezione.
- Collabora con Communication team per realizzare la documentazione relativa ai nuovi prodotti
- Collabora/supporta/forma la funzione sales e smart team sui prodotti innovativi.
- Garantisce l’accuratezza delle informazioni marketing all’interno di chromateca/benchmark library/portfolio rationale.
- Coordina A3 projects (progetti multi team) connessi allo sviluppo del prodotto.

Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore (requisito minimo) preferibilmente a indirizzo tecnico

Buona conoscenza lingua inglese, Francese gradito

**IT Knowledge - Conoscenza Information Technology**

Conoscenza microsoft office (word, power point, excel, microsoft teams, outlook)
