Role and responsibilities 🎯

We are looking for a Odoo Senior Developer with proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex ERP and custom solutions based on the Odoo Enterprise framework.

The role involves defining functional and technical architecture, overseeing implementation projects, and coordinating development and functional teams to ensure high-quality, well-integrated solutions across enterprise or multi-company environments.

The ideal candidate combines deep Odoo expertise with a broad end-to-end understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, CRM, Manufacturing, Logistics, Project Management, HR, etc.) and strong communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

- Analyze business processes and define the most suitable solution architecture based on Odoo Enterprise;
- Design and support the creation of functional and technical blueprints, ensuring scalability, performance, and security;
- Define the integration strategy with external systems (CRM, eCommerce, PLM, MES, BI, etc.) via APIs, connectors, or middleware;
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications;
- Oversee development activities, ensuring adherence to Odoo best practices, coding standards, and configuration guidelines;
- Support project estimation and planning, contributing to the definition of deliverables and budgets;
- Perform code reviews, architectural validations, and integration testing to ensure overall system quality;
- Act as a technical and methodological reference for functional consultants and developers;
- Contribute to the evolution of the company’s Odoo roadmap, proposing enhancements and innovations.
- At lest 4 years of experience with Odoo Enterprise;
- Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Project, HR);
- Proven experience in business process modeling and Odoo customization (server actions, Python, XML, QWeb, REST APIs);
- Solid understanding of Odoo technical architecture, PostgreSQL, Docker, Linux, and Git;
- Experience with API/web service integrations (REST, SOAP) and middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft);
- Familiarity with Odoo.sh or self-hosted cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation and architectural blueprints;
- Excellent communication skills and a strong collaborative mindset across cross-functional teams;
- Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related fields;
- Good knowledge of english.
