Per la nostra filiale di Saronno, stiamo selezionando una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di: Sales And Services Specialist . Principali responsabilità: Gestione del processo di ricerca e selezione del personale, dall'analisi del fabbisogno alla presentazione dei candidati; Redazione delle job description e pubblicazione degli annunci sui principali portali di recruiting; Conduzione dei colloqui di selezione e gestione dei contatti diretti con le aziende clienti; Inserimento presenze, caricamento ore a cartellino, chiusura paghe mensili; Predisposizione di contratti, proroghe, cessazioni e preventivi; Individuazione di nuovi potenziali clienti, gestione delle trattative e attività di consulenza aziendale; Requisiti: Esperienza di 4-5 anni in un ruolo analogo all'interno di un'Agenzia per il Lavoro; Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti di recruiting e delle piattaforme di ricerca del personale; Autonomia operativa, spiccata proattività e orientamento al risultato; Etjca Group S.p.A. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
