La persona che stiamo cercando dovrà:

- essere il punto di riferimento per gli ospiti durante tutto il loro soggiorno, garantendo un’esperienza impeccabile e personalizzata;
- accogliere e assistere gli ospiti con professionalità e calore, dal check-in al check-out;
- anticipare e soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti, offrendo un servizio su misura;
- gestire le richieste speciali e coordinare i servizi interni (concierge, housekeeping, F&B, spa, ecc.);
- curare la comunicazione con gli ospiti prima, durante e dopo il soggiorno;
- promuovere i servizi dell’hotel e le esperienze locali con un approccio proattivo;
- gestire eventuali reclami con empatia e rapidità, assicurando la piena soddisfazione del cliente.

REQUISITI:

- esperienza pregressa di almeno un anno nel ruolo di Guest Relations Agent Senior in strutture di lusso 5* e boutique hotels;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e dell’inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue costituirà un plus);
- eccellenti capacità relazionali, comunicative e di problem solving;
- cura della persona, puntualità, spirito di squadra;
- disponibilità a lavorare in turni flessibili, inclusi weekend, festivi e serate.
