About the Role

The Business Development Executive/Manager (German Expert) will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships in Germany and Italy. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with German clients (existing and prospective) and selected Italy clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities by researching industry prospects and introducing targeted solutions
- Maintain and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipelines
- Achieve assigned targets for sales revenue, prospecting activity, and pipeline quality
- Manage workload by setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and evaluating results to ensure success

Qualifications

Graduation required

Required Skills

- Fluent in German and English
- Working knowledge of tools used in the translation/localization industry

Preferred Skills

Experience in business development, administration, management, or sales (Fresher-2 years)
