Michael Page Il/la candidato/a ideale, riportando al Brand Director, avrà le seguenti principali responsabilità:
Sviluppare e gestire il portafoglio prodotti.
Analizzare il ciclo di vita del prodotto e le strategie di rinnovamento.
Definire il posizionamento competitivo e la value proposition.
Pianificare le milestone di sviluppo prodotto.
Monitorare i trend di consumo, sostenibilità e innovazione formulativa.
Analizzare la concorrenza e interpretare i dati di sell-in e sell-out.
Gestire i progetti di innovazione formulativa e packaging in collaborazione con R&D e fornitori.
Valutare costi, marginalità e time-to-market.
Definire e implementare piani di supporto marketing integrati (ATL, BTL, digital)
Gestire il budget e definire il pricing
Il/la candidato/a ideale, con laurea preferibilmente in Marketing, Economia o Chimica, ha maturato una consolidata esperienza in analoga posizione in ambito Consumer Healthcare o FMCG. Stiamo ricercando un profilo con buone capacità di leadership, problem solving unita ad una spiccata attitudine al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Nice to have e la conoscenza di performance test e conformità regolatoria (REACH, CLP, etichettatura). La conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese è un requisito fondamentale ai fini della ricerca.
