We are recruiting a GUEST RELATION MANAGER (M/F) for NH COLLECTION MILANO PRESIDENT soon to be rebranded TIVOLI Hotels & Resorts

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
As Guest Relation Manager (M/F), you will report hierarchically to the Deputy Manager in his absence to the Hotel General Manager.
Coordinating a team of 4 people, the main responsibilities are:

• To anticipate guest needs, and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.

• To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other Minor properties.

• To oversee the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard at all times.

• Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.

• To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their experience.

• To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.

• Conduct daily shift briefings/meeting's and pass on all information to team-members.

• Establish an effective connection with the hotel's operational teams, Front Office and FB Depts. providing support and information necessary to ensure compliance with all services and products sold to customers;

• Generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Minor Hotels products with customers;

• Make business and commercial presentations, internally and externally, and be able to adapt them to the public/client;

• Perform any other role-related duties as assigned.
