The Hoxton Rome is a vibrant and stylish hotel located in the heart of the city, offering a unique blend of comfort, style, and hospitality. As a PR and Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's reputation as a hotspot for locals and international visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a local PR strategy to maintain the hotel's reputation and drive awareness among media and influencers
  • Collaborate with the Head of Communications to ensure the hotel, restaurants, bars, and event spaces are always top of mind for media and influencers
  • Generate content and manage local restaurant social media channels to drive engagement and awareness
  • Build a community of loyal Hox guests and fans through strategic partnerships and activations
  • Deliver against revenue targets and work closely with the FB, Sales, and Revenue teams to achieve them
  • Manage the local annual marketing and graphic design budgets to ensure effective spend and ROI
Requirements
  • Proven experience in PR and brand management, with a track record of delivering business results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent French and strong English language skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas to drive bookings and revenue
  • Experience in managing social media channels and email databases to drive engagement and awareness
