System Engineer

Datalogic is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team, reporting to the System Manager. The successful candidate will collaborate with the R&D area to drive innovation and excellence in system design and integration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with a focus on developing innovative approaches for system design and integration. They will work closely with the Product Manager and R&D Manager to analyze stakeholders' needs and develop clearly-stated functional and performance requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze stakeholders' needs and develop functional and performance requirements.
  • Develop innovative approaches for system design and integration.
  • Apply systems thinking to optimize product design and development.
  • Secure adequate verification and validation programs coverage.
  • Supervise verification and validation programs execution and results.
  • Manage cost, schedules, and risk in engineering tasks.
  • Coordinate engineering activities with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • 4-6 years of experience in systems engineering position.
