About the Role:
The Customer Support Specialist will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience by providing timely and effective support to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Understand how to respond to inquiries and follow-ups through the use of our systems.
- Learn to organize your workflow to meet customers’ time frames and demands.
- Learn how to navigate between multiple IT systems quickly and accurately.
- Learn to adhere to team quality standards for preparing client forms and submitting documents.
- Learn to maintain and grow existing customer businesses by providing outstanding service.
- Learn to find your own innovative solutions to the challenges faced by some of the world’s leading companies.
- Help analyze application settings, recommending the software usage best practices on simple cases.
- Interact with the customers (via Support Portal, mail, phone) about the issues and monitors the resolution process providing frequent feedback about the status of each incident.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Languages, Humanities.
- Positive attitude and interest working within teams of diversified skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, including incident management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new situations.
- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Accounting principles is preferred.
