Job Title: Rome Member Service Representative

At United Nations Federal Credit Union, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Rome Member Service Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

The Rome Member Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote UNFCU's products and services to members, identifying their financial needs and making referrals where necessary.
  • Process new accounts and loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve member account and loan issues, following up to ensure issues are corrected and members are informed.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing regulations, products, and procedures, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to members.
  • Verify member eligibility, establish new memberships, and open new accounts.
  • Respond to member telephone inquiries and prepare responses to member correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all member account information.
  • Assist with various functions to support the office, including clerical, reception, and telephone duties.
  • Participate in Credit Union training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2 years of retail banking experience.
  • Knowledge of regulations pertaining to accounts, services, confidentiality, and lending.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
