At Siemens S.p.A., we're on a mission to create a better tomorrow. We're seeking a talented Tender and Offering Specialist - eMobility Products and Solutions to join our eMobility Business Unit in Milan.

Your Challenge
  • Take ownership of the entire bid phase, ensuring quality offers for eMobility Products and Solutions, and reporting periodically to management.
  • Accurately evaluate and calculate offers based on technical requirements and specific configuration tools, adhering to all processes and policies.
  • Satisfy customer requests under technical and commercial expectations.
  • Develop customer knowledge and relationships, supporting dedicated Sales clusters and attending meetings at customer premises when required.
  • Coordinate stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, third parties, and internal cross-division) to ensure consistent offers regarding technical, contractual, pricing, risks, and safety issues.
  • Collaborate with Headquarters, Factories, Regional Countries, and Products Managers.
  • Participate in internal and external kickoff meetings to facilitate smooth order transfers.
What You Need to Bring
  • A confirmed experience in offering eMobility Products and Solutions.
  • An electro-technical background, with a solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly eMobility products, software, and aftersales support.
  • Proven experience in managing tenders for EPCs, public customers, international projects, and sophisticated plants.
  • Strong organizational skills to respond to multiple inquiries in a timely and professional manner, with a strong orientation towards reaching targets.
  • Advanced technical value to eMobility business partners during sales activities.
  • Strong technical understanding, creative thinking, and solutions-oriented approach in a booming and fast dynamic market.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Availability for business trips on a national level, and sometimes internationally.
  • Expertise with AutoCAD and design tools is welcome.
  • Great teamwork, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
