Health and Safety Manager Role
Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at the Amazon Fulfilment Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety aspects within the centre, including supervision of staff, metrics, productivity targets, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage output in your area, including people management, metrics, productivity targets, and process improvements.
Supervise the health and safety function at the FC, ensuring delivery of objectives.
Engage in collaborative health and safety projects across all operations sites.
Provide authoritative advice and guidance on health safety matters to all stakeholders.
Drive a behavioural culture change programme across the operation.
Review and audit health safety management arrangements, continuously improving them where necessary.
Provide strategies to plan and organise work systems to reduce health safety risks.
Provide management information and statistics related to your area of responsibility.
Support business change through effective change management processes.
Implement and review company global safety policies, ensuring local legislative requirements are met.
Ensure robust reporting regimes are in place for HS statistics.
