Job Summary

RINA is seeking a highly skilled and organized R&D Project Coordinator to join its office in Italy within the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with technical and financial colleagues to analyze R&D projects' budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Resource Planning and Claim Management: Manage planning and claim processes for resources related to R&D projects, working closely with R&D teams to understand project requirements and allocate resources effectively.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare financial plans for R&D projects, including annual budgets and quarterly forecasting, to support decision-making processes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze actual versus planned data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely with diverse R&D teams to understand their needs and provide effective support.
  • Customer Service: Provide strong customer service to R&D teams by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's Degree in Economics
  • Qualifications & Experiences: Previous experience in administrative coordination, financial planning, or project management is preferred. Proficiency in financial planning and data analysis is required.
