We are the Nestlé Nespresso SA Company, a leading player in the portioned coffee market. Our team is passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction, and we are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team.
About the RoleThis is a permanent contract position, requiring 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in managing Amazon and GDS sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail dynamics and experience managing accounts with major retail chains. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, and the ability to travel nationally is required.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutual profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Understanding of P&L drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
