About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Airports Vertical Sales Team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling Building Automation projects and services to new and existing airports in the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets and drive growth through key growth levers and break-through initiatives.
  • Own key account management and territory account management, leading dedicated sales pursuit teams on targeted accounts.
  • Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships, engaging customers at all levels, including senior levels.
  • Diagnose customers' needs and tailor solutions to match, driving growth in new opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (desirable but not essential).
  • Extensive sales experience in solution sales, in the airport field and/or building automation technologies experience.
  • Customer engagement at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships.
  • In-depth industry and market knowledge.
  • Cross-selling and consultative selling experience, collaborating across both client and own organization.
  • Proven knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
