As a specialist in emergency learning, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing effective learning solutions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to respond to emergencies.

**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Learning Consultant Specialist to review and redesign the emergency learning path to ensure employees working in emergency situations are equipped with the most relevant skills and knowledge to provide high-quality responses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning design, development, and delivery, as well as experience working across different business areas and geographic locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Review existing learning and development gaps within emergency functions
  • Design an emergency response learning path with activities tailored to diverse functions and levels involved
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop cross-functional learning paths and curricula
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess the impact of learning initiatives


Requirements:

  • Advanced university degree in Economics, Nutrition/Health, Agriculture, Social Sciences, Learning and Development, Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in learning design, development, and delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in developing cross-functional learning paths and curricula, particularly in emergency response contexts
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
