As a Chief Technology Officer, you'll spearhead the development and execution of our technology roadmap, ensuring the scalability and security of our systems, and aligning technological initiatives with the company's broader business goals.

Your Mission

  • Technology Vision & Strategy
    • Develop and implement the company's technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Establish scalable tech infrastructure to support rapid growth and expansion into new markets.
    • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the fintech space to drive continuous innovation.
  • Drive Results through Relentless Execution
    • Own the technical roadmap, establish clear objectives for the tech team, and hold yourself and others accountable for achieving them.
    • Possess a 'get it done' attitude and overcome obstacles with tenacity.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and product teams to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
  • Inspire and Empower Your Team
    • Cultivate a collaborative and engaging environment where developers feel valued, challenged, and motivated.
    • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior and senior developers alike, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
    • Champion a sense of ownership and accountability for results.
    • Drive the recruitment and retention of top tech talent.
    • Build cross-functional relationships with other departments to ensure technology aligns with business objectives.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proven leadership experience, with at least 7 years of technology leadership experience and 3+ years in a senior role at a similar scale-up and fast-growing company.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, architecture, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience scaling platforms and infrastructures to support rapid user growth, high transaction volumes, and global operations.
  • Strong understanding of data security, compliance requirements, and experience with securing financial data.
  • Proven experience with agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Innovation mindset with a strong interest in emerging technologies.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
