Job Title: Scientific Informants

Synergie Italia S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro - Filiale di Pomezia, is seeking a Scientific Informant for an important reality in the Pharmaceutical sector.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Scientific Informant. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring pharmaceutical products in the Firenze area, as well as achieving assigned objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure constant presence among healthcare professionals in the assigned territory, in accordance with the operational plan.
  • Provide healthcare professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with the indications of the Medical Director, Marketing, and Area Manager.
  • Analyze periodic data on the assigned territory, identifying any deviations from predicted data.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory to identify healthcare professionals interested in receiving information on assigned products.
  • Produce reports and analyses on the assigned territory for assigned products.
  • Support the organization of events for healthcare professionals, in line with current regulations, Farmindustria's Code of Ethics, and the company's procedures.
  • Organize work activities in line with the company's developed strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF, and similar).
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in medical science information or as a Product Specialist.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach, proactivity, flexibility, data analysis skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • Residence in the same city as the assigned work area.
  • Knowledge of the MMG and Pharmacist target is a plus.

What We Offer:

We offer a permanent employment contract, a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, and a salary in line with the CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico.

The company is located in Rome, and the job will be based in Firenze.
