Synergie Italia S.p.A., a leading recruitment agency, is seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Scientific Informants in the pharmaceutical industry.
Job Summary:We are looking for individuals with a strong background in scientific disciplines to promote and sponsor pharmaceutical products in the Florence area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the constant presence of our products in the territory, providing scientific information to medical professionals, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals in the assigned territory
- Provide scientific information on our products to medical professionals, in accordance with company guidelines
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our products in the territory
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Support the organization of events and training sessions for medical professionals
- Master's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, etc.)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical science promotion or product management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Residence in the same city as the assigned territory
