Synergie Italia S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro - Filiale di Pomezia, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Informatori Scientifici (FIRENZE area).
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring pharmaceutical products in the assigned area, achieving set objectives, and ensuring a strong presence among medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain a strong presence among medical professionals in the assigned area, ensuring regular visits and updates on assigned products.
- Provide medical professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with company guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned territory, identifying key medical professionals and areas for product promotion.
- Produce regular reports and analyses on product performance in the assigned area.
- Support the organization of scientific events and sponsorships, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Master's degree in a scientific field (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, etc.).
- 3-5 years of experience in medical science liaison or product specialist roles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
- Residency in the assigned area.
- Knowledge of the target market and product is a plus.
