Job Title: Scientific Informants

Synergie Italia S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro - Filiale di Pomezia, is seeking a Scientific Informant for a prominent pharmaceutical company in the Florence area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring assigned products in their designated area, achieving set objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Regularly visiting doctors in their territory, as per the established operational plan.
  • Providing medical professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with the company's medical, marketing, and area manager guidelines.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of their assigned area, identifying any discrepancies from predicted data.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of their assigned territory to identify interested doctors for product information, in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Producing reports and analyses on their assigned products.
  • Supporting the company's sponsorship activities for scientific events, in compliance with current regulations, Farmindustria's code of ethics, and the company's procedures.
  • Organizing their work activities in line with the company's developed strategies.

Required qualifications include:

  • A degree in a scientific field (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF, etc.).
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in medical science information or as a Product Specialist.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach, proactivity, flexibility, data analysis capabilities, and a willingness to work in a team.
  • Residency in the same city as the assigned work area.
  • Knowledge of the MMG and Pharmacist target is a plus.

What We Offer:

A permanent employment contract, 40 hours per week, in accordance with the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico). The salary will be discussed during the interview.

Location: Florence, Italy. Company headquarters: Rome, Italy.
