Job Title: ICT Demand Specialist

Edison is seeking a highly skilled ICT Demand Specialist to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Information and Communication Technology department, you will be responsible for managing demand and delivery processes for our retail, credit, and regulatory compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects and interventions in the commercial area, ensuring governance and coordination across applications and processes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of solutions for credit and delivery processes, including SAP IS-U FI-CA, document composition, and postalization systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions and meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, infrastructure, architecture, and demand teams.
  • Conduct project meetings, status updates, and requirement gathering activities.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience in a similar role in a medium to large-sized company or system integration firm.
  • Laurea in disciplines tecnico/scientifiche, with a preference for engineering or computer science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in Office Automation tools.
