Job Title: ICT Demand Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Demand Specialist to join our team at Edison. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the demand and delivery of ICT services, ensuring that our energy services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the demand and delivery of ICT services, including the development and implementation of new projects and the maintenance of existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to ensure that ICT services are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on ICT-related matters.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of ICT services, including the identification of areas for improvement and the development of strategies to address those areas.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large enterprise or system integration company.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of ICT systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
