ICT Demand and Delivery Specialist
Edison is seeking a skilled ICT Demand and Delivery Specialist to join our team in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the demand and delivery of ICT services, ensuring that our energy services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the demand and delivery of ICT services, including the development and implementation of new projects and the maintenance of existing systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Work with external vendors to ensure that their services meet our quality and delivery standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of ICT systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
