Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote our international project in assigned territory;
  • Develop and implement sales activities and hit sales targets to achieve growth and expand presence in assigned territory;
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new partners, providing them with extended training and support;
  • Initiate and manage API deals with partners, ensuring seamless integration and technical setup;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, driving business growth and loyalty;
  • Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals with partners, including document flow and technical setup;
  • Account for client satisfaction and ensure compliance with commercial conditions, including payment flow;
  • Provide market and competitive environment analysis, informing business decisions;
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting, tracking key performance indicators and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in sales management or business development, ideally 2-5 years in the travel industry, with excellent knowledge of the Italian market;
  • Competence in API technology deals and ability to navigate complex technical setups;
  • Personal skills: proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, with a passion for innovative technology and a comfortable working style in fast-changing environments;
  • Analytical skills: data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven, and strong numerical skills;
  • International mindset: ability to understand and work across diverse cultural contexts, reflecting RateHawk's global presence;
  • Language skills: fluent in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus;
  • Flexibility for business trips: 20-30% of working time may be required for market visits.
