About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Manager II - Pricing Strategist to join our Pricing department in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing pricing strategies tailored to the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Insight: Dive deep into data to identify opportunities for improvement and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and Optimize Data Models: Create and maintain data models, develop BI dashboards, and use advanced analytics to support the Pricing Team's objectives.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and execute pricing strategies that enhance profitability and competitiveness within the Italian market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams to ensure pricing strategies align with market demands and comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Operational Support: Support various initiatives across the business by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Graduate Degree: A graduate degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field is required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a quantitative/analytical role, ideally within tech, solutions consulting, or logistics.
  • Pricing Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing pricing strategies, particularly within the Italian market or similar regional focus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information quickly, highlight key takeaways, and communicate actionable insights clearly and concisely.
