As the #1 HubSpot partner in Italy, we strive to achieve excellence in every project. We are currently looking for a Digital Project Director, the figure who will capture the true essence of our customers' needs and turn them into high-impact projects.
The key responsibilities of the Digital Project Director include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time according to the executive plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project plans to ensure successful project delivery;
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks;
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
- Evaluate project performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes;
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth and revenue;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in the role of project manager for complex projects in the digital field;
- Preferrable studies in computer science or engineering;
- Solid technical background, with understanding or practical experience in software development and web technologies;
- Excellent internal communication skills and client contact;
- Organization and attention to detail without losing sight of project objectives;
- Negotiation and crisis management skills both within the team and in the relationship with the client;
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, even of different nature and in different stages of progress, each with its own goals and budget;
- Determination in achieving project goals maximizing operational results, return on investment for Exelab and the client, and customer satisfaction;
- Experience in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, etc.);
- Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken;
- Professional standing that puts the candidate in a position to converse both with operational/technical staff and managers and C-level.
