- Channel Strategy Development: Develop overseas channel expansion strategies and sales plans aligned with market dynamics and product positioning.
- Channel Maintenance: Identify and mitigate risks in overseas channel expansion, including market and partnership risks, strengthen distributor relationships through improved management and effective channel policies.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the European renewable energy industry, familiarity with channel development and maintenance processes in Europe.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English for effective communication within the company and with distributors, knowledge of Chinese is a great advantage.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel skills, experience with database querying and management is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enthusiasm for learning new things and reliability.
