Job Responsibilities:

  1. Distributor Management:
    Evaluating new distributor candidates and classifying current distributors for optimization or replacement to enhance channel quality. Managing credit terms and monitoring pricing compliance to maintain channel health.
  2. Distributor Policy Planning and Execution:
    Refining distributor management framework and processes. Designing and implementing product promotions, incentive policies, and performance calculation to boost efficiency and sales.
  3. Channel Strategy Development:
    Developing overseas channel expansion strategies and sales plans aligned with market dynamics and product positioning.
  4. Channel Maintenance:
    Identifying and mitigating risks in overseas channel expansion, including market and partnership risks. Strengthening distributor relationships through improved management and effective channel policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the European renewable energy industry. Familiarity with the processes of channel development and maintenance in Europe.
  2. Language Skills: Proficiency in English for effective communication within the company and with distributors. Knowledge of Chinese is a great advantage.
  3. Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with database querying and management is a plus.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Enthusiasm for learning new things and reliability.
  5. Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel globally.
