**About Celonis Services**

As an Engagement Manager, you will be part of our strategic services organization that focuses on delivering Celonis implementations and driving product adoption for our customers.

**Your Role**

You will support end-to-end implementations of Celonis' technology across our largest and most strategic customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Articulating Celonis' product positioning to customers and collaborating with Sales, Partners, and Value Engineering to establish Celonis' Services Value proposition and create statements of work with customers during the pre-sales phase.
  • Assisting customers in understanding how to build best practice and enduring capabilities.
  • Identifying further Services needs by the customer whilst engaged and responsible for customer satisfaction throughout a customer's engagement with Celonis.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Client-facing Engagement Management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue/action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with customers and Celonis executives.
  • Deep SAP ERP expertise, ideally experience in S4/HANA transformation projects as Project Manager or Consultant.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Italian, and a background in consulting and knowledge in Data/BI and process improvement.
