As a Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving decision-making through data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable processes using SQL, Python, and other languages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and improve output quality
  • Collaborate with Business Teams to refine scoring models and processes that streamline efficiencies
  • Measure, monitor, and optimize the performance of sellers to achieve productivity and efficiency targets
  • Work closely with account management, product management, and marketing teams to achieve organizational and departmental goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)

About This Role
