Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategist

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategist will work closely with the DEIB Team to support Amplifon's DEIB initiatives. Reporting directly to the Global Talent Associate Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive DEIB strategies that foster an inclusive workplace culture and drive organizational change.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Amplifon Global DEIB Committee in implementing a strategic plan aligned with the organization's mission, values, and business objectives, based on available data, industry trends, best practices, and areas for improvement.
- Advocating for policy changes and organizational practices that promote diversity and inclusion and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Developing and maintaining a Global DEIB dashboard to facilitate decision-making and progress reporting to key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with various countries' DEIB owners to ensure alignment with the Global strategy and support local evolution.
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with external organizations to enhance the organization's D&I evolution and its reputation as an inclusive employer of choice.
- Driving global D&I initiatives and supporting their local implementation.
- Designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and educational materials to raise awareness, build cultural competence among employees at all levels.
- Collaborating with Communications and HR teams to promote diversity initiatives internally and externally.
- Supporting the global network of DEIB ambassadors and providing guidance and support to the Country General Management Community.
- Cross-functional collaboration, particularly with the Communication and Sustainability teams, to ensure ESG alignment.
Requirements include:
- University Degree, preferably in Sustainability or Human Resources.
- + years of professional experience in DEIB roles.
- Project Management skills, with a sense for setting priorities, delivering on time in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, translating it into recommendations, and action plans in measuring outcomes.
- Change management proficiency.
- English fluency; Italian and/or any other language will be a plus.
- Ability to influence and inspire others to embrace diversity and foster inclusion, paired with the ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Personal interest in creating and fostering a positive work environment that promotes inclusion, collaboration, psychological safety, and a sense of belonging.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to form independent relationships across multiple departments.
