About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Rdcom. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cold calling to qualify potential customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage leads from initial contact to direct sale or support of our sales representatives
  • Organize demos of our multichannel platform, InTouch, to showcase its features and benefits
  • Provide administrative support to our sales team, including preparation of necessary documentation
  • Conduct market research, profiling, and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential customer companies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in dynamic and result-oriented environments, with a strong commercial background
  • Excellent communication and dialectical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and related applications
  • Strong knowledge of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
