Position: Customer Trainer M/F/X

About the Role

As part of the customer care organization within OVHcloud, the Product Enablement team is dedicated to enhancing the understanding and usage of our cloud solutions among clients. This involves organizing public events that focus on technical training to facilitate the adoption of OVHcloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mission 1: Provide and disseminate technical knowledge regarding OVHcloud products through various formats, including tutorials, theoretical training sessions with demonstrations, technical labs, and webinars.
  • Mission 2: Develop tailored technical training materials on OVHcloud offerings, suitable for different audiences and delivery methods (in-person, remote, eLearning).
  • Mission 3: Continuously enhance your expertise in specific areas to remain updated with the latest advancements in OVHcloud solutions.
  • Mission 4: Act as a cloud evangelist, promoting OVHcloud products to customers.

Your Future Contributions

Within a few months, you will have:

  • Successfully shared and imparted technical expertise on OVHcloud products across various locations.
  • Embraced the role of a cloud advocate for our clientele.

After a year, you will have:

  • Developed a deeper understanding of one or more areas to stay aligned with the cutting-edge of OVHcloud solutions.
  • Created comprehensive technical training content tailored to diverse audiences and delivery formats.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of pedagogical principles and facilitation techniques.
  • Experience in designing educational content.
  • Familiarity with OVHcloud product offerings or comparable services from other cloud providers, especially in the public cloud domain (Compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, Database as a Service, Artificial Intelligence, Identity and Access Management).
