Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure, including workstations, peripherals, and local networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT equipment, including workstations, peripherals, and local networks
  • Administer and operate local networks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users, including hardware and software issues
  • Manage backups of internal applications and servers
  • Introduce new users to IT resources and provide training on IT systems
  • Raise users' awareness of IT security and best practice rules
  • Manage and maintain video projection and videoconferencing facilities
  • Manage smartphone and support users
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Provide technical support for users in the use of video projection and videoconferencing facilities
  • Manage asset management
  • Provide phone system support
  • Be a key user in M3 and QS and support users

Requirements

  • Proficiency in IT technologies, company operating environment, hardware, software, and networks
  • Fluency in technical English
  • Ability to handle small parts and micro-elements with precision
  • Ability to comply with procedures
  • Ability to manage and organize activities
  • Ability to define work priorities
  • Ability to integrate company policy into your work
