About the Position

This is a key role within the Werfen organization, responsible for providing technical support and training to our partners and distributors in the EEMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide theoretical and practical instrument service training to partners and distributors.
  • Offer remote and on-site technical support and troubleshooting to distributors.
  • Organize follow-up visits to selected countries to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Support distributors and affiliates in organizing and improving their local service structure.
  • Implement Corporate Service initiatives in the EEMEA region.
  • Act as primary contact for the manufacturer on quality and performance issues, complaints, and warranty parts returns.
  • Follow defined ISO guidelines and enter Service Reports in SAP when required.
  • Support IT Specialist on technical assistance, hardware architecture, security, and remote connectivity.
  • Share technical product information updates with stakeholders and organize service meetings and conference calls.
  • Regularly upload and update internal communication channels with relevant documentation.
  • Attend international meetings with the Manufacturing Service Team to stay current on technical updates and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Service Department in a multinational Company.
  • Experience in the IVD and/or Healthcare sector is required.
  • Engineering, Biomedical engineering, or similar degree within the scientific/technological area.
  • Technical background with knowledge of mechanical and electronic principles.
  • Good knowledge of IT to support the implementation, training, and troubleshooting of Werfen's Middleware solutions.
  • Language: English proficiency.
  • Project Management skills.
  • SAP and Microsoft knowledge.
